电子音乐在世界各国都自成一套系统，从听众最直接接触的表演者，到幕后的推手，乐评人，在地下电子音乐这片真诚的土壤上，不同身份始终只有一个表达目标：对音乐的热爱。

出生在法国的 Cézaire 成长在节奏感极强的八九十年代，那是给音乐带来空前复兴的“French Touch"浪潮千禧年黎明前的一丝丝细微的新鲜感。
