上世纪80年代，无疑是整个舞曲文化发展史上的黄金年代。Italo Disco的兴起对于欧洲跳舞音乐来说就像一针肾上腺素，鼓机与合成器创作出的未来派声响被真正的普及到了舞曲当中。这完全异于主流英美舞曲的未来之声很快从欧洲辐射到了全世界Party中，也确定了欧洲在未来舞曲文化发展中的重要地位，而来自比利时的Kong & Gratts 就是深受Italo Disco影响的两位音乐人。

80s was widely deemed as the golden age for dance music in its history. The rise of Italo Disco is undountedly adrenaline to European dance music. Drum and synthesizers created true futuristic sounds which were taken in by dance music universally. It was something absolutely different from British & American's and soon after it spread itself to every corner in the world starting from Europe. Therefore it helped Europe strengthen its essential role in the world's dance music development. Kong & Gratts are among those who got impacted by Italo Disco.

Kong & Gratts 从90年代开始了各自的舞曲生涯，作为经历过Italo Disco黄金年代的两位年轻人，他们并没有对Italo Disco的热度褪去而感到悲观，快速崛起的House与Techno音乐为他们提供了全新的视野，而黄金年代留下的宝贵遗产仍然持续的为他们提供着驱动舞池的灵感，标志性的欧陆舞曲传统与现代化的新声音赋予了他们在深夜为人群带来能量的才华与技能，他们多样的风格能在下午来上一场暖身派对，也能在大型音乐节上掌控全场。

Since the very start of their separate dj careers at the end of the nineties, the two seasoned jocks perfectly know their way around any crowd or night.  The fading of Italo Disco did not discourage them. They found their new horizon in the rise of House & Techno. This versatile style makes them the go-to team for an afternoon warm-up session as much as a peak time festival performance.

但如果被人问起，他们还是更爱在挤满人的小黑屋里玩儿音乐。 Still, if you’d ask them, they’ll probably tell you they have the most fun playing to an intimate crowd in a dark, fog-laden basement.

志气相投的二人在同样的音乐背景下成立了舞曲厂牌ensemble，并组织派对，部落格的厂牌活动。也邀请到Xosar, San Soda, Juliano 和 比利时爵士乐队Aksak Maboul等艺术家助阵。在二人事业快速上升期的2018年马不停歇，亚洲巡演开启，1月26日成都站，一起来.TAG体验纯正的欧陆当代舞曲之声吧

！Together they also run the ensemble club nights, blog and label, which so far has showcased a broad range of releases from allies such as Xosar, San Soda, Juliano or Belgian cult jazz band Aksak Maboul. Showing no signs of slowing down, 2018 already looks promising for the pair, with an Asian tour to kick things off and plenty of exciting releases and dj-dates on the horizon.
