The brand new 'No Rockstars' brand is introducing Nottingham native CITIZENN with his unique take on RNB tinted sci-fi house. From 9pm until late we have a range of supporting acts all lining up to influence your desire to dance. Expect quality sound to be coming out of the booths throughout the night, this event will feature acts who will each bring their signature beats to enrich your audio pleasure.

CITIZEEN // Crosstown Rebels, Mobilee

CITIZENN is the moniker of London (via Nottingham) based artist Laurence B. Taking his name from a passing visual reference in the Manga film Akira. CITIZENN originally arrived via releases on MadTech, the label owned by New Jersey house don Kerri Chandler. Within a year, after singles on Waze & Odyssey's Street Tracks, 20/20 Vision as well as on the label extension of Love Fever, his favourite underground party, CITIZENN had been named DJ Magazine's Breakthrough DJ of 2013

As the musical journey continued, 6 am stints at Berlin's infamous Panorama Bar and a globe-trotting diary taking him from Japan, Tulum, Kiev and everywhere in between, he distilled all these new experiences into his debut LP on Damian Lazarus's ever-influential Crosstown Rebels imprint. The album entitled 'Human Interface' dealt with themes of human intersectionality with our mechanical counterparts through a tapestry of the tightly wound house and techno influenced an LP, the records receiving national radio play and praise from his peers.

CITIZENN has been a mainstay at popular Ibiza hotspots such as DC10, Blue Marlin and Sankeys for the quickly growing Abode brand of which he has also released with.

CITIZENN has found a clarity of vision within the circus that is life as a successful musician.

CITIZENN是来自诺丁汉的伦敦艺术家Laurence B的艺名，来源于漫画电影《Akira》。CITIZENN的首单发布于来自新泽西的house教父Kerri Chandler的MadTech厂牌旗下。此后一年内，他陆续在Waze & Odyssey's Street Tracks、20/20 Vision、他最喜欢的系列地下派对衍生出的Love Fever厂牌下发行音乐，CITIZENN被DJ Mag评为2013年度突破性DJ。

随着音乐之旅的继续，他会在柏林著名酒吧Panorama持续表演到早上六点，他开始环游世界，到日本、图卢姆、基辅等。他把所有这些崭新经历浓缩到他在Damian Lazarus的Crosstown Rebels厂牌下发行的首张专辑中。这张techno & house专辑名为《Human Interface》，反应了人类与机械紧密联系的主题，受到了同行们的赞扬，以及全国广播电台的长时间播放。
