        本名何春波，因为周围的人都叫他菠菜，所以菠菜也渐渐成为他的名字。四川省广元市苍溪县人，出生于普通农村家庭。自小喜欢唱歌，从小学习口琴和笛子等乐器。
        2006年在武汉湖北经济学院读大学，经贸英语专业毕业，期间组建了自己的第一支乐队，担任主唱和节奏吉他。毕业后2010年在广东一家意大利公司工作，担任中国区总裁助理，工作业余时间在附近的舞台上唱歌。

        2012年回成都，后工作于全国某知名互联网+物流企业，担任区域经理。期间一直没有放弃音乐创作， 《流浪者》就写于在哈尔滨出差的过程中。2016年放弃该公司区域管理岗位工作，从事音乐相关创作。

        代表作品《再见自己》 《秋天》 《月光》等。
